Brianna Shields, MS, NCC

Brianna provides support and affirmation as her clients seek meaning and answers to questions like "Who am I?" and "What do I want?". It can be difficult navigating all of life's stressors (past and present) to continue moving forward into the future. Brianna works with individuals to help them find meaning in their lives and life experiences. Brianna invites individuals, couples, and groups into the therapeutic space to assist them in finding meaning and understanding of the self, each other, and the world around them. Her goal is to provide a safe, open space for clients to explore themselves existentially and non-judgmentally during each session. Brianna welcomes clients to be fully present in processing issues that may resurface as they explore all areas of life, including work, school, personal relationships, health, and sexual relationships. Neurodiverse clients of all ages are inspired by Brianna to be their authentic selves through an individualized therapeutic approach that encourages emotional expression, exploring empathy with others, mastering intellectual skills through communication, and spontaneous thinking. When working with children and adolescents, she incorporates this technique through play skills using floor time and play therapy. Brianna's passion for finding meaning within her own life, her passion and belief in the ability to change one's life narrative, and her desire to help others find meaning in their lives drive her to be the authentic therapist that she is today.

Melissa Baldwin, MS, NCC, APC, JD, MPH

Melissa believes deeply in the power of psychotherapy and self-work and wants to share that passion with her clients. She believes that each person possesses the capabilities to continue to evolve and grow in every stage of life, and she offers a safe, nonjudgmental space for personal exploration. With a warm, supportive, and encouraging style, Melissa wants to accompany her clients on their journey of healing and personal growth while they navigate the in-betweens of life. Melissa wants to meet her clients exactly where they are and join them in their emotional work as they walk through their challenges and transitions. Through empowerment and skill-building in a safe space, Melissa works with her clients to reframe their narratives and adjust coping styles that may no longer be serving them. Melissa strives to cultivate hope and positivity and inspire new ways of thinking, feeling, and being so that her clients learn that there are boundless opportunities for each of them to become their most true and authentic selves. Melissa is an integrative psychotherapist who primarily works from a person-centered perspective while incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), utilizing certain Narrative techniques, and relying on fundamental principles of Internal Family Systems. She believes that we each are comprised of distinct parts of ourselves, and that integration is key to healing through acceptance and self-compassion work. Melissa teaches skill-building and mindfulness techniques to her clients and facilitates opportunities for each client to rewrite their personal stories to liberate themselves from narratives they have adopted during their lives that are incongruent to their beliefs and values. Melissa is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys yoga and meditation. She believes that there is power and healing in bonding with nature and utilizing breath as a vehicle of healing and a calming balm. She wants to help her clients learn to use their untapped resources to help heal and personally transform themselves.

Tiffany Jones MS, NCC, APC

Tiffany Jones (she/her) is a holistic psychotherapist who operates, first and foremost, from the recognition that the perfect life doesn’t exist. We are all a little “messy,” unorganized, and sometimes required to do things that are not “ideal” to keep life moving forward. This understanding informs her integrated approach of existential, experiential, and person-centered methodologies. Tiffany treats each client as an individual with their own unique set of circumstances, while considering the context of the external world. Utilizing a mind, body, and spirit approach, Tiffany invites you to a space to explore yourself in every way – identifying qualities that you love, like, and maybe are not too fond of. Tiffany is also trained in ketamine-assisted therapy, and this service can be offered to clients who may benefit from its deeply explorative effects. In addition to this exploration, you are given the opportunity to question where these beliefs come from. With a newfound understanding of self, you are then given tools to practice, empathy, self-love, stress management, and self-empowerment. With these tools and resources, Tiffany strives to collaborate with each client to develop their own, specially tailored wellness plan so that they may begin to take actionable steps to live a more fulfilling life. Tiffany welcomes working with adolescents, teens, and adults in both individual and group settings. She is a culturally competent and LGBTQIA+ affirming individual and therapist, and she welcomes all to share a safe space for growth and healing.
